Learn The Art Of Yin Yoga From World Class Teachers

Discover the abundance of structural possibilities in the human body, how these possibilities can limit us and inform us and, through both gentle yin-like movements and in the stillness of held yin yoga postures, how we can affect shift and change and, ultimately, find freedom, space and ease in both our physical and energetic body-minds.

Meet your facilitators

Paula Mitten

Paula Mitten is an internationally recognized yoga teacher and yoga teacher training facilitator. She’s the owner of Durga Yoga Ireland and the creator of Yoga Teachers Masterclass. She’s been teaching yoga for 14 years and facilitating teacher training since 2011.

Her passion is supporting yoga teachers from all over the world to establish and grow their own yoga businesses through in-person and online coaching. Her first experience with yoga was while working as a costume designer in film and television. She found pranayama as a way to de-stress, and the rest, as they say in Hollywood, is history…

Paula’s spiritual journey is never finished; she is a dedicated lifetime student as well as a teacher.

Jennilee Toner

Jennilee Toner is a student and teacher of yoga and human anatomy. Her story (so far) includes: practicing hatha and vinyasa yoga since 1996, teaching both disciplines since 2003, teaching experiential anatomy to yoga teachers in training—internationally—since 2010, as well as facilitating her own Hot Warrior Yoga and Inner Sanctum Yoga teacher training programmes since 2012 and 2016 respectively.

But that’s not all . . . she also wrote a book called The Perfect Chaturanga: A Comprehensive Guide to the Human Body Through the Practice of Vinyasa Yoga

Her yoga journey began in 1996 while working as a deputy sheriff and training as a medic, military policewoman, and drill sergeant for the U.S. Army. Following the sudden death of her mother, she found herself wanting to make a change and be a more kind and compassionate person. Enter yoga. For the first time she became aware of how everything’s connected, and has been a lover and practitioner of yoga ever since.
