Yoga Teacher Training Maynooth

Durga Yoga Ireland offers a 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited, teacher training program over 9 months that is an exceptionally high quality, fully comprehensive and life-transforming programme. The course is Skilfully led by Paula Mitten, a world-class, International teacher that has worked on trainings in Costa Rica, Spain, U.K. and Ireland. Paula, the Director of Durga Yoga and Antenatal, is practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, as well as pre and post natal yoga.
Students are trained in teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga, a modern, highly popular and in-demand style of yoga. At the end of the class, new teachers are able to skillfully teach full Vinyasa flow classes confidently and safely. Previous students are currently teaching in top studios nationwide.
